Our Guarantee

We strive to communicate what our services will and will not accomplish. Sometimes there's a difference of understanding or a breakdown in communication. In these cases, we want to ensure that we do the best we can to create solutions which are meaningful and positive to our clients.

• The first 5 minutes of a session is on us.  During this period of time, you and the reader can introduce yourselves and ensure a connection can be made. After the 5 minute period is up, you can decide on continuing with the session or getting a refund.
• If we are unable to book you in with a reader of your choice or a suitable substitute within 2 weeks of your payment, this would also be cause for getting a refund.
