Who is Jucy Jasper?

What's in a name?  A lot.  Jucy Jasper is the top Dog and Cat of 3 of Cups.  Jucy Jasper is also a group of fabulous readers from 3 of Cups Psychic Event Entertainment Inc. who are interested in providing more in depth and serious readings (with the uplifting, ethical, and positive style of 3 of Cups) that go beyond a 5 to 20 minute event style reading.  You are in expert hands with readers who care about helping you have a better, bigger, happier life.

How do I find out more about readers?

As the site develops, each reader will have a page about themselves, their interests, etc..  You can also request Jucy Jasper to make a recommendation for the best reader for your issue or concern.

What is the Jucy Jasper web site about?

Jucy Jasper is about providing accurate, meaningful, affordable, uplifting, and helpful insights while poking a bit of fun at the psychic industry because it's sometimes way too serious to the point that it's funny (in an unintended way), the perception the general public has about psychics and calling a spade a spade.

Lets face it, if your life is all peaches and cream and your karma is more delicious than apple pie, would you need to talk to one of us?  Also the birth of Jucy Jasper was out of frustration of how psychics are viewed in a negative stereotypical way, a limited belief of what a psychic is, or how they should behave, and the desire to present ourselves in an interesting and hopefully sometimes funny way.  Heh, if we can't laugh at or over-emphasize the ego of our amazing powers and god-given gifts then do we really have the right to peer into your life and give you a read?

What can a Jucy Jasper psychic do for me?

A Jucy Jasper psychic can, of course, answer your questions (said or unsaid); however, they also are coaches, counselors, wisdom guides, analysts, advisors, consultants, teachers, and maybe even goths, punks, vagabonds, corporate denizens, parents, and pagans.  They can tell you absolutely anything you want or need to know including basic fortune telling questions as well as milestone life questions.

In regards to "anything", at Jucy Jasper we steer clear from medical diagnosis, anything a government licensed professional does (such as a Lawyer or Doctor) , or making life decisions for you.  We believe that important decisions with the information that we provide are ultimately up to you, your common sense, your loved ones and those involved in the issue (should you so choose), and licensed professional tried and true assistance.

How much does it cost to get a reading?

What is a Tarot Reader, Palm Reader, Psychic, Tea Leaf Reader, etc.?

There are over 80 reading tools or divination methods available for any reader anywhere to use. The following twenty-two are the most known to the general public and are tools that a Jucy Jasper reader is likely to use.

Astrology | Aura | Body | Cartomancy | Coffee Grounds | Colour | Crystals | Crystal Ball / Skrying | Crystals | Face | Handwriting Analysis | I-Ching | Medium | Numerology | Palm | Pendulum | Psychic / Intuitive | Runes | Spiritual | Tarot | Tea Leaf | Telepathy

All tools can look at a number of different life areas such as work, career, business, love, finances, health, family, relationships, past lives, predictions, and personality as well as social, local, and world events such as politics, sports, and weather. Some tools are ancient wisdom while others use psychic or beyond our world wisdom. There is no one tool that is better than the other. In fact, it's the reader, their approach and personality, personal preference, and expertise using the tool that is most important in a reading.

One thing that is important to keep in mind is that the outcome a Jucy Jasper reader strives for is meaningful personalized entertainment with accurate results. Ultimately it doesn't matter which tool (Tarot, Astrology, Palmistry for example) that we use because they all lead to the same goal: providing accurate insights.

Think of a reading tool (Tarot, Numerology, Palmistry) like a writing tool (pencil, pen, marker). Depending on the situation and desired effect, a pencil may be better than a pen but ultimately both reach the goal of making thoughts tangible on a piece of paper.

Having said that some tools make more sense to be used than others; let us or the reader choose for your particular issue or question.

Astrology

Did you know there were more than eight different astrologies like Chinese, Western, Arabic, Vedic, and Celtic? Astrology is most used in an event setting as a tool to analyze character and personality traits, advising on suitable careers, and best love matches just by knowing a guest's zodiac sun sign. However, some readers are able to either print up a full report or use a computer to delve more deeply into the area of interest. TOP

Aura

Everyone has an aura or energy about them. Some readers can feel or see this aura. The aura can be seen or felt as many different colours and each colour tells a different story about the guest. TOP

Body

Every gesture and movement of your body has meaning and your body is speaking all the time. Body language lets us know all sorts of things about you like whether you are happy, sad, indifferent, skeptical, open, closed, bored, uncomfortable, fearful, etc.. Many readers understand body language as we tend to be very strong observers of the human condition. Reading body language helps us build rapport with others and get into their space so that the reading can be a stronger impact. TOP

Cartomancy

Cartomancy is similar to Tarot in that a) it uses cards and b) it's the minor or 56 card section of the Tarot. When someone thinks of a Fortune Teller this is one of the tools that comes to mind of an old Gypsy lady reading the future. Cartomancy usually uses a normal playing deck with the symbols of hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades; numbers, three court cards, and a Joker. There are no pictures on the cards except for the Joker. TOP

Coffee Grounds

Turkish, Greek, or Arabic coffee leaves a thick substance at the bottom of the cup after drinking and by using a certain method of turning the cup over and then back again it leaves symbols and pictures that can be read. Psychics often use this tool for focusing their sense. TOP

Colour

What colour is your top or shirt today? The colours you wear tell a lot about how you are feeling today or in general. For example Pink can signify the desire to be loved while blue can say "I need a rest", "I want to tone down my excitable energy", or maybe "I'm feeling unhappy". A colour therapist is able to help a guest choose colours for their clothing and environment that improve their love life, health, career, financial condition, learning ability, etc.. TOP

Crystal Ball / Skrying

Skrying can use anything that reflects. What's interesting about skrying though is that the reader is bypassing the reflection and manifesting a cloudy or swirly substance out of which symbols and pictures arise to be interpreted. Examples of skrying tools are crystal balls, mirrors, a bowl of water and ink, or a glass. Psychics often use this tool for focusing their sense. TOP

Crystal

Crystals and gems from the earth are quite magical. Crystals and gems have certain metaphysical properties related to the human condition and experience. In crystal magic a number of stones or cards with stones on them can be tossed about and the guest can be told about an area of life that needs improving and how to go about improving it. TOP

Face

Have you ever had someone really "look" at you and then you felt understood? Perhaps they were giving you a Face Reading. When we read a face we are looking for markings and features rather than expressions and movement. Face reading is different from body language. Your face is more like a map in that it tells us where you have been, where you are, and where you are going. It is most often used for personality readings; however, it can look at the energies and behaviours brought to situations, interests, and life events as well. Face reading originates in China, as many divination tools have! TOP

Handwriting

Handwriting Analysis or Graphology is often used to look at samples of the guests writing to determine personality traits and behaviours. TOP

I-Ching

The book of changes is a collection of wise words edited and authored from various ancient wisdom guides such as Confucius. I-Ching can be used to divine through the Bibliomancy method, use Chinese coins, or Yarrow stalks (the most traditional, time consuming, and involved method). TOP

Medium

A medium mainly connects with passed over loved ones. They can also connect with spirit guides, angels, and other entities beyond the veil to help a guest with a problem or issue. A psychic is not necessarily a medium and this is an important thing to know as there's often confusion about this. A medium's purpose is to confirm that there is life beyond the world we live in.

Numerology

Have you ever wondered what your mission was in life? Numerology uses a guests birth date and/or name to divine all sorts of things such as career path, how you love and live, personality traits & behaviours, a past life, and why you were born. There are many forms of numerology from different parts of the world. Pythagoras brought numerology to the western world. TOP

Palm

Palmistry looks at your guests whole hand or hands -- palm, fingers, fingerprints, markings, etc.. When someone thinks of a Fortune Teller this is one of the tools that comes to mind of an old Gypsy lady reading the future. Often the first place a palm reader will go to speak of babies, marriage, life, health, and career is to the hand. However, as with every tool palmistry to speak of a guests character, personality, behaviour, love life, career, finances, etc.. in the past, present, and/or future. TOP

Pendulum

Did anyone you knew ever try to find out if someone was going to have a boy or a girl with a needle and a string? They were divining the answer through a pendulum which uses the reader's intuition and subconscious to access the answer. A pendulum is a weighted object usually made of metal, crystal, or wood that is attached to a string usually made of cloth or metal. The pendulum will swing in various directions which is often used to answer close ended questions. TOP

Psychic / Intuitive

The word or term Psychic is both an umbrella word for Psychics, Intuitives, Fortune tellers, Sooth-sayers, Seers, Diviners, Oracles, Gypsies Mystics, Spiritualists, Mediums, as well as by the tool a reader may use: Astrologist, Cartomancer, Coffee Grounds Reader, Crystal Ball Reader, Face Reader, Handwriting Analyst, Numerologist, Palm Reader, Tarot Reader, Tea Leaf Reader. However, Psychic also means (and perhaps is reflective of the most accurate use of the term) the abiltiy to use a normal sense to a heightened degree and in unusual ways.

Sight = Clairvoyance, Feeling/Touch = Clairsentience, Hearing = Clairaudient, Knowing = Claircognizance, Tasting = Clairgustance, and Smelling = Clairalience.

Many times people will ask for a Clairvoyant as that tends to be the most understood psychic sense -- probably because it appears to be the most dramatic. However, any psychic sense used well makes not one sense better than the other. The psychic part in our company name 3 of Cups Psychic Event Entertainment is reflective of the umbrella term and most popularly understood meaning of the word psychic though it's not the most accurate term as just read.

“Intuition is a combination of historical (empirical) data, deep and heightened observation, and an ability to cut through the thickness of surface reality. Intuition is like a slow motion machine that captures data instantaneously and hits you like a ton of bricks. Intuition is a knowing, a sensing that is beyond the conscious understanding — a gut feeling. Intuition is not pseudo-science.”

An Intuitive is quite a rational person. TOP

Runes

Runes are a set of symbols or alphabet that was often originally used in agriculture, for daily life messages, labelling, and more. Runes for divination usually comes in the forms of stones often made of wood, bark, leather, rock, wax, or gem and are tossed about to get assistance and messages. Runes originates as a Nordic and nature tool. TOP

Spiritual

Spiritual readings are similar to mediumship readings but can also include counseling guests on enjoying their life more or healing guests through various practices such as Buddhism, meditation, Reiki, medical intuition, and other methods. Spiritual readings can also use ancient wisdom tools to help guests find their higher self. TOP

Tarot

The Tarot is a collection of cards which contain an allegory / story of life milestones, mystical experience, archetypes, and more. Some Tarot decks have picture stories on all cards while others only have symbols similar to playing cards. In fact, many say that Tarot originates from games that used a playing deck. Tarot has it's physical origins and/or popularity in the Renaissance period (1400-1500's) and it re-emerged in popularity in the late 1800's and into the 1900's. Tarot is still wildly popular in the modern person's mind. When someone thinks of a Fortune Teller this is one of the tools that comes to mind of an old Gypsy lady reading the future. Tarot is useful for telling the story of a guests life from past, present, and future as well as past lives. TOP

Telepathy

This is the art of reading minds.  Some readers see your thoughts while others can hear or know your thoughts.  It's very similar to psychic ability but not exactly the same.  Two Duke University researchers tested ESP scientifically by using the Zener cards they created.  J.B. Rhine said that ESP is "an actual and demonstrable occurrence." Although the Skeptic's disagree, they have wrote a wonderful article on the ESP tests. Ryan & Abella are strongly telepathic as much as they are psychic! TOP

Tea Leaf

Tea leaves can unlock the subconsious and higher mind by using a certain method of turning the cup over and then back again and then reading the symbols and pictures that are left behind. Psychics often use this tool for focusing their sense.  TOP
